About The Author
Landon Durnez is a native Arizonian. He is currently a college student aiming to become an occupational therapist. He enjoys going on hikes, camping, fishing, and most of all hunting. Landon wrote his first book when he was six as a gift to his grandparents. Landon hopes that his book encourages people that even in the darkest times God will always be with you.
My Book
This is a story about a boy named Alex that has gone through many day challenges ever since he was fifteen months old. Alex struggles with constant seizures and for some of his life neglect and abuse from his parents. However, in all of these challenges Alex goes to God for help, hoping that things will get better in life. In this story, he also has two sisters to lean on when things are tough for Alex. But one of the biggest support systems Alex has in this story is his grandma and papa. He looks up to his grandparents and aims to be more like them.
